South Korea Removes Border Loudspeakers in Gesture Toward North Korea

South Korea's military has begun removing loudspeakers along its border with North Korea as part of efforts to reduce tensions between the two nations. The South Korean Defense Ministry described this action as a "practical measure" aimed at easing tensions while maintaining that it does not affect military readiness. The loudspeakers had previously been used to broadcast anti-North Korean content across the border.
