According to Alderman Rossana Rodriguez Sanchez of the 33rd Ward, a 16-year-old girl was rescued from the building but declined medical transport. Dozens of firefighters responded to the scene in the 5000 block of North Troy Avenue to combat the blaze that began around 4:30 p.m.
