New data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection reveals Denver ranked fourth among U.S. metropolitan areas for immigrant arrivals per capita, with 1,673 arrivals per 100,000 residents. The information, covering May 2023 to January 2025, tracks nearly 2.5 million people who either crossed the border without authorization or entered legally through the CBP One appointment application. Miami led all metropolitan areas with 2,191 arrivals per 100,000 residents, followed by Fort Myers and Salt Lake City.
