Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has expressed concern about what he described as a dangerous "no war, no peace" situation following recent military exchanges with Israel. During a meeting with President Masoud Pezeshkian and cabinet members in Tehran, Khamenei stated that this prolonged state of uncertainty carries risks comparable to direct conflict. The comments come weeks after a 12-day conflict in June that reportedly resulted in over 1,000 casualties in Iran.
