Former Congressman Cunningham, Vietnam War Ace, Dies at 83

Randy 'Duke' Cunningham, a decorated Vietnam War Navy pilot who later served eight terms in Congress before being convicted in a bribery scandal, has died at age 83. Cunningham passed away on Wednesday at a hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas, according to former Representative Duncan L. Hunter, who visited him shortly before his death. Cunningham was known for his distinguished military career, becoming the first Navy fighter ace in the Vietnam War.
