Approximately two dozen protesters were arrested at Trump Tower in Manhattan on Monday after staging a demonstration against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) policies. The demonstrators occupied the lobby of the Fifth Avenue building around 1 p.m., sitting on the ground and refusing to leave when instructed by authorities. New York Police Department officers responded to the scene and ultimately placed the protesters in zip-tie handcuffs after they declined multiple orders to disperse.
