Judge Questions Trump Admin's Deportation Strategy via Ghana

A federal judge has raised concerns about the Trump administration's deportation practices involving five African immigrants. Judge Tanya Chutkan stated it appeared the administration was attempting to circumvent U.S. court orders by first sending immigrants to Ghana, which could subsequently relocate them to countries where they might face harm. The judge has ordered the government to provide details about measures being taken to ensure Ghana does not send these individuals to countries prohibited by U.S. court orders.
