Brown University Agrees to Policy Changes to Restore Federal Funding

Brown University has reached an agreement with the federal government to restore $510 million in research funding that was previously blocked. The agreement, finalized last week, requires the university to implement several policy changes including adopting the administration's definition of sex as binary and determined at conception. Brown also agreed to provide single-sex housing options, restrooms, and athletic facilities for female students.
