ICE Lowers Hiring Standards Amid Major Recruitment Push

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is conducting nationwide hiring events with signing bonuses up to $50,000 and salaries ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 annually. Following the passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act signed by President Trump in July, ICE received $75 billion in additional funding. The agency aims to hire at least 10,000 new agents to support the administration's stated goal of deporting one million immigrants annually.
