According to information received by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on November 8, 2025, the directive authorizes gang members to "shoot on sight" officers conducting activities related to Operation Midway Blitz in Chicago and surrounding areas. Federal agents have been advised to maintain heightened awareness during enforcement activities in the area.
